Interior Features

Originally built in 1912, Sampson Lofts is recognized City of Houston Historic Preservation building featuring original brick walls, windows and wood beams. There are also beautiful steal structures in most units giving a nice aesthetic along with function. The units on the West side of the building have an unobstructed view of Downtown Houston.  We aimed at preserving as much of the original structure, architecture and design of this historic building to give a truly unique offering to our city.

  • Pet Policy: We are proud to be a pet-friendly community! A non-refundable pet fee of $200 is required per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $25. A maximum of two pets is allowed per unit. All pet policies are strictly enforced. Pets must weigh no more than 65 pounds each. Additionally, a recent photo and up-to-date vaccination records must be submitted for each pet.
